Seniors’ Navigation Services

I understand that accurate information about local programs and services is essential to effectively plan for the long term care needs, wellness and the health care of yourself, a friend, spouse or family member.  As a seniors’ navigator, I provide that detailed information about individual seniors’ services to help you decide which ones may be the best match for you or your loved one, such as community programs or choosing a retirement or nursing home.

I will tour the homes for or with you, if required, to guide you towards an informed choice. My goal is to ensure you receive enough accurate information to make an informed decision about whether a service/home is right for you or your loved one. Transportation is also an option. Geographic area is restricted to Eastern Ontario.

Finding a retirement or nursing home for a loved one can be difficult for any family. I will help you narrow your search and understand your options by comparing the location and environment of the homes as well as the care and services options.

If you live out of the area or are unable to accompany your loved one to a new home, I will provide transportation and accompany them on tours or on admission day.
